It facilitates the presentation of different diving certificates, valid diving insurance, as well as the diving diary ("logbook") containing the record of their past dives. The digital Diver's Wallet streamlines the process of managing diver data, making it faster and more efficient.
By using this service, which includes accessing information and/or connecting to other information sources on and/or through the website, as well as providing any information or availing connectivity for offers and/or purchasing insurance policies through this website (hereinafter: "The use of the website"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. Your use of the website constitutes your acceptance of these terms, and it signifies your commitment to comply with them. If you do not accept any of these conditions, we kindly ask you not to use this website.
1. General
1.1 Before proceeding, please carefully review the terms and conditions of the Diver's Wallet. By registering on the website, you are required to upload your diving certificates, valid diving insurance details, as well as the data of your last dive. By doing so, you indicate your consent to transfer this information to the specified diving club, resort, Liveaboard, or diving tour operator, as well as your agreement to abide by all the conditions detailed in these regulations.
1.2 The use of masculine language throughout these regulations is for convenience purposes only. All statements and provisions apply equally to members of all genders.
1.3 When referring to a diving club in these regulations, the intention and reference also extend to diving through a resort, Liveaboard, and diving tour operators.
1.4 The Diver's Wallet is open to all certified divers from any diving organization who are insured by any insurance company. The service is provided free of charge, and every diver is invited to register and create their own Diver's Wallet.
2. Responsibility for Uploading Documents and Content
2.1 The operators of the site act as intermediaries between you, the user, and the diving club or other diving tourism agents to whom you are sending the required documents in accordance with diving regulations. It is your responsibility, as the user and/or diver, to upload accurate and valid diving certificates, authorization, valid diving insurance, and details of your last dives. The data you upload are solely your responsibility.
2.2 The Diver's Wallet does not assume any responsibility for the accuracy or content of the details you upload to the website or send to the diving club or diving tourism agents.
2.3 Additionally, the Diver's Wallet is not responsible for any aspects related to diving insurance, including policy specifications, insurance coverage, insurance amounts, service providers, claims handling, or insurance costs. The responsibility for the content of the policy and insurance certificate lies with the insurance company and the providers of related services, in accordance with the details specified in the insurance policy.
2.4 The Diver's Wallet and/or the website operators and/or the company and/or anyone on their behalf will not be held responsible for any problems or damages that may arise due to defects or malfunctions in the website's operating software or website access, or for the cancellation or termination of services provided on the website. While the operators of the site strive to verify the quality, reliability, completeness, and accuracy of the information and content included on the website, there is a possibility of disruptions, errors, or inaccuracies. The website operators and/or the company will not be held responsible for any damage caused by such disruptions.
2.5 The Diver's Wallet and/or the website operators and/or the company and/or anyone on their behalf will not be responsible for the information found on external websites linked to the Diver's Wallet via a link or any other means. They will not be liable for any damages caused due to reliance on the information found on these external sites or their use.
2.6 The responsibility for using the website and the results of its use solely lies with the user, and the website operators and/or the company will not bear any responsibility for any direct or indirect damage or loss caused by the use or non-use of the website.
